It is always a treat to gain an insight into how Chrysler & the individual dealership sales departments worked together. I do not know when the Owner Communications Program started, but this folder is dated for July of 1975. The sales records in it are dated from 1971-74 & the VINs have been added to the found section located on this site.

The images below explain how this program worked better than I ever could, so this will be one of the shortest articles on the site so far.
